Started with an economic education, since the bachelor thesis I have focused my interest on Ethical Finance, on the Social Economy and third sector organizations. After 10 years of work in the profit sector, in fact, I have taken up the challenges of international cooperation and Social Housing, accompanying in these 20 years the great social, environmental and economic transformations of communities in difficult situations. I have worked both on vision, with educational/legal proposals and on action, working closely with communities as agents of transformation. Challenging is the collaboration with the private-for-profit, third sector and public sector to build a complete vision of what is meant by “social impact of activities”.
In 2010 I took up the challenge of Banca Etica and precisely within the Banca Etica Group I was able to implement my knowledge, strengthen my skills in the field of Governance Models, Control Systems and Human Resources Management.
